Job Description
The Ideal candidate would be an interface between different customers, multiple teams and projects at different stages of the lifecycle. He would be required to perform different roles:
1. Requirement Analysis
Depending on the client project specifications, the candidate may be required to do a requirement analysis, he/ she would be required to interact with the client, probe the client and come back with a crystal clear understanding of the client's expectations as well as set the correct expectations.
2. Risk Analysis
The candidate would be required to do a Risk Analysis taking into consideration internal resources, requirement for each project in terms of:
a. People
b. Skills
c. Scope
3. Project Planning and Control
The candidate will be responsible for the delivery of multiple projects to the end clientele
4. Account Management
He would be required to probe the client to understand their exact need and communicate the same objectively to the development team. Also he would be responsible for: Increasing the Scope, Repeat Business Customer Relations Management.
5. Quality Control
The candidate also has to ensure that the delivery is within the established quality standards.
7. Presales
The person would be required to analyze the business requirement, suggest solutions for same and furnish qualified inputs to the BD / Sales team on Estimations, Scope, Technology specifications Skills required
8. Human Resource Management
He has to ensure that the team has adequate resources. Identifies Training Needs, involved in doing appraisals, Manpower Analysis, coach / counsel the team members act as a coordinator between the management and the team.
Desired Profile
Experience: 1-3 years.
He should be Result Oriented and Assertive.
Should possess Analytical bent of mind, initiative and team management skills.
Person should have had certain amount of client interaction experience especially in requirement analysis (business analysts in IT companies), and account management.
Excellent English Communication (oral & written) .
MS office tools (Project, Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
Good Communication and presentation skills.
Graduation / Post Graduation / Diploma in Computer Application, Certifications like PMP / PMI will be added advantage.
